Malik Simmons

Development, Brokerage & Project Strategy

Malik Simmons is a real estate developer, Missouri licensed broker, and union carpenter with experience in commercial real estate, multifamily projects, property management, and affordable housing development. His background brings a strong mix of real estate knowledge, field experience, and development strategy to Archway Construction Group.

As a ULI REDI graduate with LIHTC and multifamily experience, Malik helps support ACG's approach to planning, project execution, client relationships, and long term growth across Missouri and the Greater St. Louis region.

Archway Construction Group is supported by construction and operations professionals with hands-on field experience, project coordination experience, and local market knowledge across Missouri and Illinois.

Our operations team is responsible for translating scope into action on site — managing day-to-day project flow, coordinating with trade partners, and protecting the quality and schedule expectations set during preconstruction.
